Important Note: All quotes reflect Essential fares (with the exception of occasional Lock-It-In rates — see below). We use the exact same live system as Virgin Voyages, so our pricing is their pricing—there is no separate or marked-up rate. If you see a different price online, it’s typically due to a different fare class (Basic vs. Essential vs. Premium), a different number of sailors, or timing, as pricing can change frequently. For this group, we are quoting Essential fares to allow for coordinated dining reservations and a smoother group experience. Basic fares are more restrictive and can make group planning difficult, but we’re happy to explore that option if needed for budget reasons. Final pricing will always be confirmed with you at the time of booking.
Lock-It-In Rates — What You Should Know
Occasionally for this sailing, Virgin will offer “Lock It In” rates.
A Lock It In rate gives you a cheaper fare and possible upgrade, but it is strictly non-refundable, non-changeable, and your exact cabin will not be assigned until embarkation.
Here’s the short version:
What You Get
A lower fare for the same cabin category you’d normally book
A guaranteed minimum category (ex: Sea Terrace)
A chance at a free upgrade to a higher category
Basic WiFi and 15-day dining booking window
What You Give Up (Important!)
No changes — no adjusting category, cabin, names, etc.
No date changes and no future voyage credit if you need to cancel
Non-refundable, and the usual 7-day grace period does not apply
You may not know your cabin number until the day you sail
If doing back-to-back cruises, you might be assigned different cabins and have to move mid-trip
Not combinable with certain additional discounts or promos, including the MNVV
Who Lock It In Is Great For
Sailors who want the lowest price
Sailors who don’t care where the cabin is located
Sailors who are booking close to the date and have low risk tolerance (or amazing travel insurance) if their plans change
Who Should Avoid It
Anyone who wants to choose a specific cabin
Sailors traveling with friends/family who want to be near each other
Guests who may need flexibility, refunds, or date changes
Terms apply. Subject to change.
